Terms and Conditions

Event opening times  – Saturday 18th March 10.30am  – 4.00pm (day before Mothers Day)

Cost per 6ft x 4ft  pitch – £25

Please provide your own tableWifi will be available on the day

Local hand made arts and crafts only. No bought in items or food and drink. The event will be covered by the OPO Public Liability Insurance but this does not include cover for damage or theft of items being sold by stall holders.

Set up times –  Friday 17th March – 5.00 – 6.30pm

Drop off available during set up times only – please do not block access to the Tile Shop loading bay.

All parking is long stay managed by TransPennine Railways  – payment via the APCOA app.

Take down and clear away by 6.00pm on Sat 26th NovemberStall holders are responsible for the removal of their own rubbish – please do not put any rubbish in the Tile Shop skip.

Advertising of the event will be via the OPO Website, mail outs, social media and distribution of flyers and posters. All stall holders are also encouraged to use their own websites and social media to maximise publicity for the event.
