49 Newborough is available to hire periods of 1 to 4 weeks.
The shop/gallery is on Newborough in the heart of Scarborough’s emerging artists quarter. It is a DIY space with artists responsible for setting up the space and looking after it during opening times.
Hire periods are from Tuesday – Monday. This enables artists to set up on Tuesdays and open Wednesday – Sunday, leaving Monday to clear up and hand back the key.
The winter rate, January to March and Oct to December is £50 a week or £75 for 2 weeks.
The summer rate, April to September is £60 a week.
