We’re Hiring

As part of Yorkshire Coast Destination Business Improvement District (Dbid), Scarborough Studios Ltd (SSLtd) have been awarded funding for a programme of exhibitions running from Oct 2021 to April 2022.

We are now looking for a Freelance Arts Project Worker to support our dedicated group of Board Members by providing administrative and practical support to implement a programme of 6 exhibitions and to develop future proposals/funding applications.

Freelance flat fee contract £8,000 over 6-8 months

Expected time commitment is equivalent to 500 hours in total over 8 months, including availability Thur – Sun during exhibitions and occasional evening events.

Accountable to the Chair of Scarborough Studios Ltd

The majority of the working hours will be at the Old Parcels Office ArtSpace

We currently anticipate holding interviews on 9th or 10th of September. As part of the interview we expect you to do a short 5 minute presentation about how your past experience/skills make you the ideal person to take on this role,
