Xmas Art & Craft Fair Sat 26th Nov 2022
Old Parcels Office Artspace – Only 10 pitches available
In response to requests we are holding a small scale Xmas Art & Craft Fair. It will run alongside the OPO Exhibition in the main room and Artists Open Studios.
Event opening times – Saturday 26th Nov – 10.30am – 4.00pm
Cost per 6ft x 4ft pitch – £25 – limited to 10 pitches only
Tables will be provided – this is a change to previous Art & Craft Fairs at the OPO Wifi will be available on the day
Local hand made arts and crafts only. No bought in items or food and drink. The event will be covered by the OPO Public Liability Insurance but this does not include cover for damage or theft of items being sold by stall holders.
Set up times – Friday 25th Nov – 5.00 – 6.30 (please note it will not be possible to set up on Sat 26th)
Drop off available during set up times only – please do not block access to the Tile Shop loading bay.
All parking is long stay managed by TransPennine Railways – payment via the APCOA app.
Take down and clear away by 6.00pm on Sat 26th NovemberStall holders are responsible for the removal of their own rubbish – please do not put any rubbish in the Tile Shop skip.
Advertising of the event will be via the OPO Website, social media and distribution of flyers and posters. All stall holders are also encouraged to use their own websites and social media to maximise publicity for the event.
