Local hand made arts, crafts and up-cycled goods. No bought in items or food and drink. The event will be covered by the OPO Public Liability Insurance but this does not include cover for damage or theft of items being sold by stall holders.
Set up times – Same Day – Sat 14th Oct 8.30 – 10.00am
Drop off available during set up times only – please do not block access to the Tile Shop loading bay.
All parking is long stay managed by TransPennine Railways – payment via the APCOA app.
Take down and clear away by 6.00pm on Sat 14th OctoberStall holders are responsible for the removal of their own rubbish – please do not put any rubbish in the Tile Shop skip.
Advertising of the event will be via the OPO Website, display banner on Westborough, mail outs, social media (over 1,700 fb followers) posters and a distribution of 1000+ flyers.
All stall holders are also encouraged to use their own websites and social media to maximise publicity for the event. Flyers will be available shortly for any stall holder who wants to collect them from the OPO.
